ABUJA (Reuters) - A tribunal on Monday ordered Nigeria's top judge to appear for trial on Feb. 13 in a case that has raised fears of interference in next month's presidential election, after an appeals court cleared the way for the hearing to begin.

ABUJA (Reuters) - A court cleared the way on Wednesday for the trial of Nigeria's top judge, whose suspension by President Muhammadu Buhari, just weeks before an election in which he would have helped resolve any disputes, has led to accusations of electoral interference.

ABUJA (Reuters) - A legal case against Nigeria's top judge which raised fears of interference in next month's presidential election was adjourned indefinitely on Monday, days after President Muhammadu Buhari suspended the chief justice.
